Open Enrollment for 2021-2022 school year

Open Enrollment Policy outlines the guidelines for applying and acceptance under open enrollment.

Open Enrollment Application – the four (4) page application must be completed and signed for each student applying.

Proof of Residency – proof of residency must be submitted with each application documenting your physical address of residence.  Proof of residency must include parent(s) name and home address on the document.  Proof of residency must be one of these documents:

  •   Utility bill
  •   Mortgage statement
  •   Rental statement
  •   Property tax bill


Course selection sheets – course selection sheets must be completed and signed for grades 7-12.

Application Deadline is June 25, 2021

Open Enrollment application and forms may be dropped off at the District Office at 401 N. Miami Avenue, Cleves, OH between 8 AM – 2 PM ONLY or mailed to:

Acceptance for open enrollment is based upon space available each year by grade level.

Acceptance and Non-acceptance letters will be mailed to families by July 31, 2021.

NOTE- make sure to complete and include all required documents with your application; incomplete applications may not be considered.
