Three Rivers Local School District is currently engaged in the process of revamping the District’s Strategic Plan to help guide the future direction and continued growth of our schools. The foundation of the plan will continue to center around the STEP UP framework: Successful Students, Talented Staff, Efficient Operations, Positive School Culture, and Unified for Progress.

As part of this important work, the District is gathering and considering valuable feedback from students, staff, families, and community stakeholders to ensure the updated plan reflects the needs, priorities, and aspirations of the entire Three Rivers community.

The District’s ongoing commitment to Excellence, Innovation, and Inclusion will remain at the heart of this work as we build a shared vision for the future. An updated Strategic Plan is expected to be rolled out during the summer of 2026.
