Directions to apply for Open Enrollment:

  1. Application (4 pages) must be completed for each child;
  2. Proof of residency (copy of utility bill, tax bill, lease etc) must be submitted with application;
  3. Completed course selection sheet for grades 7 - 12 must be submitted with application.
