The Three Rivers Board Policy, JFCF, is required by legislation, ORC, Ohio Revised Code 3313.666. This policy specifies that twice a year each district will publish the verified number of harassment/hazing/bullying incidents as defined by Ohio Department of Education. Based on the definition from the Ohio Department of Education which includes ongoing, persistent, sufficiently severe, or pervasive behavior that negatively impacts a student’s education, physical or emotional well-being, three incidents of harassment/hazing/bullying were reported and addressed during this semester of the school year.
